Rebels After Work

We took some extended time off from Rebels After Work in the last year or so, but recently brought it back with a happy hour event in October 2019. Stay tuned for more events to come in 2020!

Rebels After Work is a networking group, originally formed in the Fall of 2013, for members of the Atlanta Ole Miss Club looking to grow professionally and connect socially with other Rebels in the Atlanta area. Participants are strongly encouraged to be an active dues-paying member of the Ole Miss Alumni Association.

Meet-ups are typically held every quarter, at minimum, and vary in location around Atlanta.  We have been everywhere from Ruth’s Chris, Gordon Biersch, Kaleidoscope, Smokebelly, and The Establishment, just to name a few.  We have even organized such out-of-the-box events as riding the Beltline, beer tastings at The Mill, and a crawfish boil at Red Brick Brewing Co. In December 2015, we kicked off the inaugural Rebels After Work Holiday Party and supported the Atlanta Ole Miss Club scholarships with a raffle, specifically honoring the newest scholarship we are supporting, the Jackie K. and Christopher F. Byrd Memorial Scholarship.

There’s always something exciting in the works, so join us for a great time of networking, socializing, and “talking shop” with other Atlanta Rebs! We hope to see you at our next event!
